Ruddy graduated from the School of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Costa Rica. At school, he worked on both small and large-scale projects, in which he carried out architectural proposals for housing, social, educational, cultural and sports complexes. During the last year of his degree, he received training in the areas of Tropical Architecture and Weather Design. After finishing school, he worked inleading companies in BIM (Building Information Modeling) management and consulting, in which he provided modeling services to various architecture firms and construction companies in Costa Rica.
